Cycling marketing salaries UK (2026): what brands and charities pay for marketing and comms

Published pay for UK cycling marketing and comms roles runs from about £29,800 to £58,200, based on 17 roles tracked since December 2025. Charities published nearly every figure; commercial brands published one in seven.

Short answer: where it's published, marketing and comms pay in UK cycling runs from about £29,800 for officer and executive roles to £58,200 for heads of department.   • Head of Philanthropy and Partnerships, London Cycling Campaign: £58,096
  • Head of Policy and Communications, Walk Wheel Cycle Trust: £58,212

The brand gap

Seven of these roles were at commercial cycling brands, and only one, SunGod's Partnerships Manager, came with a figure. The six without included SEO, paid search, social, content and sports marketing roles at Apidura, Alpkit, Brompton, Ribble and GCN. The charities and governing bodies published on nine of their ten. So if you're weighing a brand-side marketing move, the published figures above are the closest benchmark available, and it's reasonable to ask for the range before you apply.
