About Zwift
Zwift makes the online training platform and a growing range of connected fitness hardware, including the Zwift Ride smart bike. The Connected Products team looks after the equipment, connectivity and software that link physical products to the platform.
The Role
The Hardware Product Manager supports execution across equipment, hardware, connectivity and software for Zwift's core physical product initiatives. The role covers the full product lifecycle, from R&D through launch and post-launch. It is hybrid, with three to four days a week in the London Bridge office.

Responsibilities
- Write feature briefs and PRDs to align cross-functional teams
- Partner with program management, engineering and QA to hit product development milestones
- Run market, competitor and UX research to shape product strategy
- Work with marketing and creative on Quick Start Guides, website copy and instructional videos
- Own packaging, artwork and user manual reviews as the product point of contact
- Set up analytics and cost analysis with data engineering and finance
What you'll need
- Around five years in product management or product development
- Experience with consumer electronics, connected fitness or smart accessories
- Strong execution and documentation skills
- Clear cross-functional communication
- Technical understanding of how physical and connected products are manufactured
- An analytical, collaborative approach
