The Role
The Warranty & Wheel Workshop Lead runs the wheel-building team's workflow and manages the warranty process for returned products, working alongside the Tech & Warranty Manager to keep rider turnaround on track. Based at the Partridge Green site, the role also builds wheels directly when the team needs support.

Responsibilities
- Work with the Tech & Warranty Manager to improve the rider experience
- Manage the wheel-building team's workflow to hit quantity targets
- Process returned products and manage them through the warranty pipeline
- Manage Re:New inventory to keep stock information accurate
- Keep the warranty workshop and warehouse spaces clean and safe
- Build wheels to support the team when needed
What you'll need
- High technical knowledge of bike mechanics and a good level of wheel-building skill
- Experience in a customer-focused, high-paced administrative role
- Strong IT skills and confidence picking up new systems and software
- Excellent attention to detail, with strong communication and multi-tasking skills
