Restrap makes high-quality, UK-made cycle luggage built to last. What started as a one-product passion project has grown into a Leeds-based factory with a team of around 50 people, producing gear used by riders and adventurers around the world.
They’re now looking for experienced sewing machinists to join the team — people who take pride in their craft and care about making things properly.
This is hands-on, start-to-finish work in small teams, not a repetitive production-line role.
What you’ll be doing
- Sewing and assembling products from start to finish
- Working across multiple machines and materials
- Hitting clear production and quality targets
- Contributing ideas to improve processes and workflows
- Supporting teammates and maintaining high standards
What they’re looking for
- Professional sewing machinist experience (minimum 2 years)
- Confidence working across different machines
- Strong attention to detail and material handling skills
- Reliable, communicative, and team-oriented
- Willingness to learn and develop further
Hours
- Monday–Thursday: 8.00am–4.30pm
- Friday: 8.00am–2.00pm
- Optional overtime available
- No weekend work
