The Role

This role sits within the Product Compliance & Quality team, reporting to the Product Compliance & Quality Manager, and is responsible for running Muc-Off's compliance programme across its UK and EU markets, including audits, risk assessment and staff training.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor UK and EU regulatory changes and industry standards
  • Assess regulatory impact and recommend policy updates
  • Conduct compliance risk assessments and audits
  • Identify gaps and develop corrective action plans
  • Review business practices and documentation for compliance
  • Develop compliance policies and procedures
  • Investigate compliance violations and concerns
  • Design and deliver compliance training programmes

What you'll need

  • At least five years' experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, risk management, internal audit or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance programme design
  • Experience with compliance monitoring, testing and investigations
  • Ability to interpret regulation and translate it into business requirements
  • Strong analytical, research and documentation skills
  • Confident communicator able to advise teams across the business
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities while handling confidential information
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
