The Role
Muc-Off is hiring a Senior Planning Analyst in Southampton to bridge Sales, Marketing, Operations, Procurement and Finance, delivering demand forecasts, inventory plans and supply recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Maintain SKU-level forecasts and lead forecast reviews
- Manage inventory health, safety stocks and reorder points
- Align supply with demand forecasts and partner with suppliers on capacity
- Produce weekly and monthly KPIs and scenario models
- Drive the monthly S&OP process across functions
What you'll need
- Several years in demand, supply or inventory planning within FMCG or consumer goods
- Experience managing seasonal and promotional forecasts
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management ability
