SunGod is looking for a Partnerships Manager to lead its cycling partnerships across road, gravel, and MTB. This role sits at the centre of SunGod’s growth in cycling — building credible relationships with athletes, teams, creators, and events to strengthen the brand’s presence globally.
This is a mid-level role suited to someone who understands cycling culture and can combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
What you’ll do
- Lead SunGod’s cycling partnerships across athletes, teams, ambassadors, and events
- Build and maintain authentic relationships across the cycling ecosystem, from grassroots to elite
- Plan and deliver partnership activations with clear commercial and brand impact
- Manage product seeding and ambassador programmes
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams on cycling-focused content
- Support PR and communications through strong partner storytelling
- Work closely with product teams on testing, feedback, and innovation
What they’re looking for
- 2–3+ years’ experience in partnerships, marketing, or brand roles
- Experience working with athletes, teams, creators, or brand partners
- Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills
- Ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution
- Organised, commercially minded, and culturally tuned-in to cycling
- Confident working cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and commercial teams
Location & working pattern
- London-based, hybrid working
- Minimum three days per week in the office
Pay & benefits
- £30,000–£35,000 depending on experience
