The Role
Muc-Off is hiring a New Product Introduction Manager to lead product launches from concept through production and global distribution, working across Product Development, Operations, Purchasing, Compliance, Commercial and Marketing.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end NPI projects across cycling, motorcycle and performance categories
- Develop launch timelines and project tracking systems
- Coordinate product transitions between NPD, Operations, Commercial and Marketing
- Identify and manage risks on cost, quality, supply and deadlines
- Work with supply chain on component sourcing
- Run post-launch evaluations and document lessons learned
What you'll need
- At least two years in NPI, project management, manufacturing or product development
- Background in consumer goods, cycling, sports, chemical or FMCG sectors preferred
- Strong project coordination and stakeholder engagement
- Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office
