If you love walking and cycling and enjoy spending time on the National Cycle Network, this role offers the chance to turn that passion into paid work. You’ll join a face-to-face fundraising team helping to grow support for safer, traffic-free paths across the UK.
This is not a commission-only role. You’ll receive a competitive hourly rate, with additional bonus opportunities.
What you’ll be doing
- Engaging members of the public on the National Cycle Network
- Inspiring people to become supporters and donors
- Raising awareness of plans to increase traffic-free routes
- Working as part of a supportive and well-trained fundraising team
- Representing the charity confidently and professionally
Shifts are typically 5 hours between 10am and 7:30pm, with flexible working patterns available.
About you
- Passionate about making it easier for people to walk, wheel and cycle
- Confident speaking to new people
- Positive, resilient, and self-motivated
- Strong team player
- Comfortable working outdoors, often in green spaces
Having access to a bicycle to travel to fundraising locations is advantageous.
