This role is responsible for producing photography and video content that defines Ribble’s visual identity across product, campaigns, ecommerce, and brand channels. It’s a hands-on creative position focused on high-quality studio and location-based production.
You’ll take ownership of the in-house studio, deliver content at pace, and help shape the look and feel of the brand across launches, lifestyle shoots, and day-to-day marketing output.
What you’ll be doing
- Owning and running Ribble’s in-house studio production
- Producing high-quality product photography at scale
- Shooting lifestyle, action, and launch imagery on location
- Creating visual assets for campaigns, ecommerce, and social channels
- Directing smaller shoots independently from concept to delivery
- Managing post-production including editing, retouching, and colour correction
- Maintaining consistent visual standards across all outputs
What you’ll need
- A strong portfolio covering product and lifestyle photography
- Experience running shoots end-to-end in a fast-paced environment
- Solid studio lighting and camera skills
- Confidence managing editing and post-production workflows
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Lightroom / Photoshop)
Experience within cycling, sport, or performance-led brands is beneficial but not essential.
