This senior role leads People & Culture across Cycling UK, supporting organisational development as the charity delivers its long-term strategy. The position focuses on strengthening HR practices, culture, and engagement across the organisation.
You’ll lead an experienced People & Culture team and work closely with the leadership team to deliver the people strategy, covering employee relations, recruitment, learning and development, and reward.
