This senior role leads the development and delivery of new programmes across Cycling UK, with a focus on securing and managing restricted funding. The position sits within the Behaviour Change and Development directorate and works closely with senior leaders and specialist teams across the organisation.

You’ll be responsible for shaping fundable programme models, securing income from trusts, foundations, and statutory funders, and ensuring new programmes are mobilised and delivered effectively.

  • Leading the development of new programmes and funding opportunities
  • Writing and submitting funding bids and proposals
  • Securing income from trusts, foundations, and statutory funders
  • Managing relationships with funders and stakeholders
  • Overseeing programme planning, budgets, reporting, and risk
  • Ensuring programmes are delivered compliantly and to a high standard
  • Applying evidence frameworks and capturing data to demonstrate impact
