This senior leadership role is responsible for overseeing brand, marketing, and communications across Cycling UK. The position focuses on raising brand profile, engaging priority audiences, and aligning communications with the organisation’s strategic and commercial objectives.

You’ll lead a team of 11 and sit on the organisation’s Leadership Team, with responsibility for digital marketing, content strategy, supporter journeys, and brand consistency across the charity.

What you’ll be doing

  • Leading Cycling UK’s brand, marketing, and communications strategy
  • Managing and developing a multidisciplinary team
  • Increasing brand awareness and audience engagement
  • Strengthening digital marketing, content, and supporter journeys
  • Working closely with commercial and external affairs teams
  • Contributing to organisational strategy at leadership level
