Cycle Exchange is on a mission to change bike retail in the UK and beyond. This is not a typical bike shop role. Instead of daily customer repairs, you’ll be reconditioning premium bicycles to “as new” condition in a dedicated refurbishment centre.

What you’ll be doing
- Reconditioning premium bicycles to “as new” condition
- Working across hundreds of brands and all cycling disciplines
- Servicing and repairing bikes to the highest mechanical standard
- Diagnosing issues efficiently and working within clear timeframes
- Collaborating with the wider workshop team while maintaining autonomy
- Adapting to evolving standards, systems, and emerging technologies
What you’ll need
- Minimum 2 years’ workshop experience working with premium bicycles
- Strong knowledge of modern bike standards, drivetrains, braking systems, and suspension platforms
- Ability to work to a consistently high standard within agreed timeframes
- Clear communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and stay current with evolving technologies
