Walk Wheel Cycle Trust (formerly Sustrans) is the UK charity that runs the National Cycle Network and delivers projects tackling congestion, air pollution, physical inactivity and social inequality.

The Role

The E-Commerce Products Officer grows the charity's online shop: developing product ranges, assessing suppliers, managing stock and building listings on Shopify. The role works alongside the E-Commerce Promotions Officer and leads range development for the Network Cycle Planner. This is a one-year maternity cover.

Responsibilities

  • Use customer data to spot demand, build seasonal collections and grow sales
  • Source and evaluate suppliers that fit the charity's sustainability values
  • Write and build clear product pages on Shopify
  • Coordinate product launches and marketing campaigns with the promotions team
  • Lead Network Cycle Planner range development from planning to delivery
  • Manage stock levels against sales forecasts

What you'll need

  • Hands-on experience with Shopify or an equivalent e-commerce platform
  • Experience owning projects and coordinating stakeholders
  • Skill in building relationships with suppliers and retailers
  • Clear, engaging written communication
