The Role
A full-time administrator role handling order processing, dispatch documentation and courier queries for Hunt Bike Wheels, with some warehouse duties.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer support tickets on orders and shipping
- Process sales orders through the order management system
- Produce goods-out documentation and shipping labels
- Investigate and resolve dispatch issues with customers and couriers
- Support warehouse duties including picking, packing and returns processing when needed
What you'll need
- Experience in a customer-focused, high-paced administrative role
- Strong IT skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate clearly under pressure
Nice to have
Cycling industry experience.
