The Role

A mid-level role owning Rapha's accessories — bags, gloves, socks and headwear — from design through to production. You'll run technical packages in Centric PLM, work directly with overseas factories, and use rider feedback in fit testing.

Responsibilities

  • Design seasonal accessories collections including colour specification
  • Run fit testing using rider feedback
  • Manage technical packages in Centric PLM
  • Evaluate samples and hold quality standards
  • Liaise with overseas factories to resolve development issues and escalate production risk
  • Work with sampling, materials, sourcing and development teams to deliver launches

What you'll need

  • Four to five years in performance outdoor, sportswear or cycling product
  • Technical accessories experience across luggage, gloves, headwear or socks
  • Advanced Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; 3D visualisation tools an advantage
  • Direct experience with PLM systems, ideally Centric
  • Manufacturing and vendor collaboration experience
