The Role
A mid-level role owning Rapha's accessories — bags, gloves, socks and headwear — from design through to production. You'll run technical packages in Centric PLM, work directly with overseas factories, and use rider feedback in fit testing.
Responsibilities
- Design seasonal accessories collections including colour specification
- Run fit testing using rider feedback
- Manage technical packages in Centric PLM
- Evaluate samples and hold quality standards
- Liaise with overseas factories to resolve development issues and escalate production risk
- Work with sampling, materials, sourcing and development teams to deliver launches
What you'll need
- Four to five years in performance outdoor, sportswear or cycling product
- Technical accessories experience across luggage, gloves, headwear or socks
- Advanced Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; 3D visualisation tools an advantage
- Direct experience with PLM systems, ideally Centric
- Manufacturing and vendor collaboration experience
