A full-time, hybrid Decision Support Analyst role turning sales, stock, customer and trading data into commercial insight and reporting for decision-makers across the business. Aimed at graduates or early-career analysts.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards
- Analyse sales, stock, customer and trading trends
- Flag opportunities, risks and shifts in business performance
- Translate data into clear narratives for decision-makers
- Answer data queries from across departments
- Improve the quality of forecasting and planning data
- Maintain straightforward, accessible reporting systems
What you'll need
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Proficiency in Excel, including formulas and Pivot Tables
- Working knowledge of data modelling
- Curiosity about business performance and confidence to question assumptions
- Ability to communicate complex data clearly to non-specialists
- Quick learner, comfortable picking up new tools and processes
Nice to have
A background in retail, e-commerce or analytics is beneficial but not essential.
