Mulch London is a London gardening company with 40 years in the trade, operating on a low-carbon model. They use electric cargo bikes instead of vans, practice localised composting, and work with native planting schemes. Partners include PedalMe and Trees for Bermondsey.

The Role

Cycling Gardeners ride an electric cargo bike between client gardens across London, maintaining and developing outdoor spaces using eco-friendly practices. The role is largely independent — you manage your own schedule and equipment. Hours are 8am–4pm, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own daily schedule between sites

What you'll need

• Proven gardening experience with ability to work independently
• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all conditions
• Organised and capable of managing tools and equipment
• Based in or close to London

Nice to have

• Experience with native planting or sustainable horticultural practices
