The Smoothie Bike Company is looking for Cycle Activity Managers to deliver its Smoothie Bike Challenge at events across the UK.
This is a practical, people-facing role combining cycling, events, and community engagement. You’ll run interactive smoothie bike activities at a wide range of events — from corporate wellbeing days and university events to schools, hospitals, trade shows, and community festivals.
What you’ll be doing
- Transporting smoothie bikes and equipment to events
- Setting up and running the Smoothie Bike Challenge
- Welcoming participants and guiding them through the activity
- Creating a friendly, engaging experience for the public
- Representing clients and the Smoothie Bike Company professionally
- Managing time, logistics, and on-the-day problem solving
You’ll be provided with two smoothie bikes and all required equipment, which you’ll store at home. Fruit stock and consumables are supplied as needed.
What they’re looking for
- Strong time management and reliability
- Confident, friendly communication skills
- Comfortable working with the public in a variety of settings
- A positive, solutions-focused attitude
- Basic bike maintenance skills (useful but not essential)
- Experience in events or hospitality is a plus, but not required
You’ll need:
- Your own car or van to transport equipment
- Willingness to travel to events
