This role supports customer service and account management within a fast-growing cycling business. You’ll act as a key point of contact for customers, working closely with sales teams to maintain existing accounts, process orders, and support revenue growth.
It’s also positioned as an entry point into the business, with opportunities to progress into more specialised roles over time.
What you’ll be doing
- Acting as the first point of contact for customers via email, phone, and online messaging
- Processing orders accurately and efficiently
- Advising customers on products, promotions, and new launches
- Handling customer payments and account queries
- Supporting sales activity across multiple channels
- Working closely with Area Sales Managers to grow accounts
- Maintaining CRM records and supporting sales administration
- Assisting with website updates and sales communications
What you’ll need
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills
- A proactive, organised, and detail-focused approach
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Interest in cycling or the cycling / fitness industry
- Experience in the bicycle trade is beneficial but not essential
