The Role
The Compliance Data Analyst supports Muc-Off's Compliance team by analysing data, producing reports and identifying risks, working across Compliance, Risk and IT to keep compliance information accurate and easy to understand. The role is based at the Bournemouth head office with regular travel to the Southampton warehouse.

Responsibilities
- Analyse compliance and business data to identify trends, errors and risks
- Prepare regular compliance reports and management information
- Build and maintain dashboards using Excel, Power BI or similar tools
- Investigate data accuracy issues and inconsistencies
- Support compliance monitoring, audits and risk assessments
- Produce ad-hoc analysis as needed
- Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, IT and other teams
- Improve and automate reporting processes
What you'll need
- Experience in data analysis, reporting or compliance
- Strong Excel skills and experience handling large datasets
- Attention to detail and analytical problem-solving ability
- Clear communication of findings
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Nice to have
SQL experience, Power BI or other reporting tool proficiency, and experience in regulated industries or compliance/risk work.
