The Role
A full-time Clubhouse Assistant role at Rapha's London Clubhouse, working across the retail floor and café and supporting the Community Lead on rides and events.
Responsibilities
- Move between the retail floor and café to deliver consistent service
- Use product knowledge to present apparel and lifestyle solutions
- Support the Community Lead in running Clubhouse rides and events
- Maintain visual merchandising and support café operations
What you'll need
- Experience in a luxury retail environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritise and take initiative
- Knowledge of the Rapha brand
