The Role
A part-time role at Rapha's New York Clubhouse, moving between the retail floor and café to serve customers and support Clubhouse rides and events.
Responsibilities
- Move between retail and café to keep service consistent
- Identify customer needs and recommend Rapha products
- Make coffee and recommend café menu items
- Maintain visual merchandising and cleanliness standards
- Support Clubhouse rides, events and café preparation
What you'll need
- Experience in a luxury retail environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to prioritise and take initiative
- Availability across mornings, evenings, weekends and some holidays
- Cycling interest and coffee/barista experience are a plus
