The Role
A Clubhouse Assistant/Barista role at Rapha's Mallorca Clubhouse, working across retail and café to welcome visitors and run the coffee counter.
Responsibilities
- Engage visitors and maintain relationships across the Clubhouse
- Identify customer needs and present Rapha product solutions
- Prepare and serve coffee
- Maintain visual merchandising and cleanliness standards
- Support Clubhouse rides and events
What you'll need
- Experience in a luxury retail environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability across mornings, evenings, weekends and some holidays
- Knowledge of the Rapha brand
Nice to have
Spanish language skills, cycling interest, and barista or coffee experience.
