A Clubhouse Assistant/Barista role at Rapha's LA Clubhouse, working across retail and café to deliver consistent service to visitors.
Responsibilities
- Move between retail and café to keep service consistent
- Identify customer needs and present product solutions
- Prepare coffee and support café operations
- Maintain visual merchandising standards
- Support Clubhouse events
What you'll need
- Experience in a luxury retail environment
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach
- Availability across mornings, evenings, weekends and some holidays
- Knowledge of the Rapha brand
