This customer-facing retail role supports sales, service, and day-to-day operations at Giant Store Camden. You’ll work closely with customers to understand their needs, advise on bikes and equipment, and deliver a high-quality in-store experience.
The role also involves supporting store operations, working collaboratively with the team, and contributing to the local cycling community through events and rides.
What you’ll be doing
- Advising customers on bikes, equipment, and services
- Delivering a personalised, high-quality customer experience
- Supporting daily retail operations and merchandising standards
- Processing sales, repairs, and stock using the EPOS system
- Working collaboratively with the store team
- Taking part in store rides, events, and community activity
What you’ll need
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Good product knowledge or enthusiasm for learning about cycling equipment
- A professional, proactive approach to retail work
- Willingness to stay up to date with cycling products and trends
- Confidence working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
