This customer-facing retail role supports sales, service, and day-to-day operations at Giant Store Camden. You’ll work closely with customers to understand their needs, advise on bikes and equipment, and deliver a high-quality in-store experience.

The role also involves supporting store operations, working collaboratively with the team, and contributing to the local cycling community through events and rides.

What you’ll be doing

  • Advising customers on bikes, equipment, and services
  • Delivering a personalised, high-quality customer experience
  • Supporting daily retail operations and merchandising standards
  • Processing sales, repairs, and stock using the EPOS system
  • Working collaboratively with the store team
  • Taking part in store rides, events, and community activity

What you’ll need

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Good product knowledge or enthusiasm for learning about cycling equipment
  • A professional, proactive approach to retail work
  • Willingness to stay up to date with cycling products and trends
  • Confidence working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
