The Role
A full-time barista position at Rapha's London Clubhouse, working the café and retail floor to serve visitors and build relationships with regulars.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee to café standard
- Sell food and baked goods across the counter
- Build relationships with regular Clubhouse visitors
- Maintain café cleanliness and service standards
- Talk customers through Rapha products, events and live racing
What you'll need
- Experience preparing coffee in a busy café environment
- A confident, approachable communication style
- Comfort working a customer-facing retail and hospitality role
- Interest in cycling is a plus but not required
